Anything that makes me say, "wow!" gets tweeted. After a lot of shortening – 140 chars force me to be succinct, unlike, say, on my blog.

Twitter has given me a new career. I could easily get hired in social media marketing - a job that didn't exist when I was working full-time.

Be present. Sometimes people disappear for months and then I wonder if they're dead.
How will the world change in the next year?
We're all going to become a lot more self-reliant in 2013. Learning you can't rely on flood insurance or local authorities = on our own.
