Hootsuite, although there are too many to mention
Twitter or Facebook?
Twitter, definitely. Although they have different audience so we do both.

Sir David Attenborough, the real one...
What are some words or phrases you refuse to shorten for brevity?
exhibition, education, conversation
Is there someone you want to follow you who doesn't already? If so, who?
No, its all good. We want people to follow us because of the conversation we have...

Because we get back to people, we love two-way conversations and we share great content.

A couple of hours...

Can't name just one, other museum who push the envelope!
Who is the funniest person on Twitter that you follow?
Neil deGrasse Tyson - @neiltyson
What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
That it can sell tickets to programs/events/exhibits at a moments notice...
Why should people follow you?
For fun and educational content, conversations and amazing behind the scenes photos.
Can you name some one-of-a-kind Twitter accounts that you follow?
We mostly follow other museums and they are all one of a kind!
How do you decide what to tweet?
We look for content that is timely, interesting, fun and educational. Also, as long as it furthers our mission it is all good!
How do you use social media to motivate yourself or others to live a healthier life?
@GreenROM talks about the environment and biodiversity...
How has social media helped bring your family closer together and #keepgoodgoing?
Our family is our community. By focusing on the conversation we have with our community we feel we have come closer together.

To have conversations with people, to share our content, collections, research with the world.
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Yes, work hours are now 24/7

How will the world change in the next year?
Hmmm, hopefully for the better!

A retweet with your handle in the original message so that it shows up twice
