As a racing driver I use twitter to promote my partners who back me to race all over the country.

Because, hopefully, you like what I do on social media and think that wat I post is engaging, fun and social.
What's the most interesting connection you've made through Twitter?
There have been lot's, I've had people come up to me and say "I've tweeted you and now I am meeting you for real" which is quite cool.
How do you make your tweets unique?
I like to tweet things that make people interact with me. Social media is all about being social and engaging with your followers!
What inspires you to tweet?
The news, training, watching telly, quotes, doing stuff, travelling.

Not by people on twitter, that's what it's for. Some of my friends on facebook when I had it linked together.

When you tweet try and ask people about how your tweet relates to them, that way you create social conversation.
How long can you go without a tweet?
Less than a day! I probably tweet every within 12 hours of my last one.

Because they want to. To find out about what happens to a racing driver behind closed door's.
How do you decide what to tweet?
I tweet about how I feel and what I am doing so there isn't really a decision, it's just what's happening.
How do you use social media to motivate yourself or others to live a healthier life?
I like to train outdoors and take pictures of the Yorkshire country side. Hopefully that inspires people to get out on their bikes or run.
How has social media helped bring your family closer together and #keepgoodgoing?
It mean's we can connect with each other from the other side of the world. On Christmas day my Nan sent a video on facebook.

As an athlete you need a online profile to communicate with other competitors, organisers, people who support you and your sponsors.

Yes, not a day goes by without me looking at it or tweeting.
