Every tweet tells its own personal story - they're real women's experiences in their own words and that gives them such power
What inspires you to tweet?
Any1 who says it's opened their eyes,made them feel stronger&less alone.The 5yr old girl who asked to change into a boy so she could go space

Start small - when it comes to who you follow, it's definitely a case of quality not quantity!
How long can you go without a tweet?
A day - most of my tweets are RTs and I want to make sure everyone's experiences are heard!
What question are we not asking here that we should?
How has your online impact spread to the real world? (One woman read our feed &found strength2report man who assaulted her-he's been charged)
How do you imagine Twitter changing?
I hope Twitter will become less tolerant of hate speech and that we'll see a decline in trending misogynistic hashtags

To see the shocking extent to which sexism still impacts lives, everyday. To find an inspiring&supportive community working for real change

@JosieLong & @NadiaKamil - brilliant, hilarious, upbeat - everything you ever need to answer anyone who says women aren't funny
How do you decide what to tweet?
I RT as many real women's real experiences as poss to give them a voice&also engage with&thank those who are changing their ideas
How do you use social media to motivate yourself or others to live a healthier life?
Our use of social media to create a sense of community has helped thousands of women stand up&feel supported to make change
How has social media helped bring your family closer together and #keepgoodgoing?
It's connected me and thousands of others through Everyday Sexism to a whole 'family' I never knew I had - and their support is incredible
Why'd you start tweeting?
To show the world how widespread sexism is and how much it's still an invisible problem, affecting women worldwide daily
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Yes. Because suddenly 20000 supportive men&women are standing behind me agreeing we don't have to put up with this any more
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Calling out misogyny, supporting others
How will the world change in the next year?
I hope we'll start to listen... to voices around the world that had previously been silenced.I hope no more little girls will feel inferior.
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Blocking someone who's trying to engage in genuine, respectful debate. Retweeting #FFs of yourself!
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
Several steps closer to equality. No more 15yr old girls writing to tell me that they're scared they'll be blamed if they report their rape.
