How do you use Twitter in your professional life?
Twitter is such an important way for me to spread the word about DDP YOGA and to help people stay motivated on a daily basis.

Twitter or Facebook?
Why choose when they both exist? If I had to choose one it would probably be Facebook because I can engage with others more.
What was the funniest trend you've seen?
That gangnam style dude was pretty hilarious and yet it showed the power of social media to blow the guy up overnight!
What feature should Twitter add?
It would be interesting to see a like/disklike feature... maybe karma or a rating system like eBay?

Of course I have...I'm a big believer that you should surround yourself with positive, driven people, and "unfollow" the naysayers.

I do everything in my power to uplift others using social media... I'm still learning but I think I'm going pretty darn good so far!

I had no idea the guys @Marvel
loved my workout and we connected via Twitter. We met up in NYC because of it!

How do you make your tweets unique?
I tweet from the heart and try not to worry about being unique or not.
What inspires you to tweet?
The right words can be powerful in life. They can pull you down, lift you up... or move you to act. I try to inspire others any chance I get.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
Not that I remember, but then again, I don't pay much attention to the trolls out there. I just do what my passion drives me to.

How long can you go without a tweet?
Ha! I've got the willpower to resist tweeting if I need to... I swear... I could probably go a day or so without it. At least I think so...

Unfortunately I imagine Twitter becoming self-aware some day. I'm trying to stay on her good side for now.

That it's just for fun. I can't tell you how much it's changed the way I connect with my fans and meet people I never would have otherwise.

I think 140 characters I choose are really important... so I try to share pieces of my life and stories that others might be inspired by.

I try to lead by example in everything I do. By sharing stories of inspiration around me I use social media to pay it forward every day.

I can be in touch with thousands of people at once, when I'm home or on the road. I can encourage my community instantly...

I learned a long time ago that I needed to surround myself not only with positive people, but POSITIVE NERDS. They told me to do it - HA!

I will honestly say it has changed my business overnight. It's a long, but pretty amazing story that I wish I had more room to type! Ha!
